Walt Disney World Casting Call Seeks Look-Alikes for Aladdin, Mirabel, Belle, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Prince Charming, and The Queen
If you have ever dreamed of stepping into a Disney role and bringing a beloved character to life at Walt Disney World, this latest casting call may be your fairy tale moment. Disney Parks Live Entertainment is holding open auditions for Disney Character Look-Alikes for Aladdin, Mirabel, Belle, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Prince Charming, and The Queen, with multiple timeslots available on Monday, March 30, 2026, in Kissimmee, Florida.

Auditions will take place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Rehearsal Facility on Sherberth Road, and performers can sign up for one of three March 30 timeslots at 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., or 2:00 p.m. Disney also noted that auditions will be held again on April 1, but both dates are identical, so applicants should only choose one date and time.

Disney is seeking Mirabel, Belle, Cinderella, and Rapunzel look-alikes between 5’4” and 5’7”, Aladdin and Prince Charming look-alikes between 6’0” and 6’2”, and The Queen between 5’8” and 6’0” with a slender build and a regal, confident, melodramatic presence. All performers cast in these roles will also take part in Character Greetings and Character Sightings as fully costumed Disney Characters throughout the parks and resorts, which means applicants should be prepared to wear large costume pieces including character heads, feet, and body costumes, often in Florida’s warm and humid weather. Disney says auditions will include learning a movement routine, so comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license. Disney is looking for performers who can begin work within the next eight months, with both full-time and part-time opportunities potentially available, and some immediate openings possible. Current Walt Disney World International Program Cast Members and current WDW Character Cast Members are not eligible to audition.
Disney also recommends creating an audition profile ahead of time before arriving, and sign-in will begin 30 minutes before each audition slot. For anyone ready to trade ordinary for storybook status, this could be the chance to bibbidi-bobbidi-break into Disney entertainment.
