First Look at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts Food & Beverages Coming for 2026

EPCOT Festival of the Arts 2026 Food Preview Serves Lobster Caesar, Figment Cake, and Serious Snack FOMO

If you needed a sign to plan an EPCOT day in January, consider this your edible invitation. Disney has shared an early taste of what is coming to the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, and the lineup is already painting a very delicious picture. Running from January 16 through February 23, 2026, the festival will bring dozens of food studios to World Showcase with 57 new food and beverage items joining the mix across 58 food dishes and 77 drinks.

One of the headliners this year is the Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad debuting at The Artist’s Table. This is not your basic Caesar situation. It features romaine and red oak lettuces, warm water lobster, radishes, herbed breadcrumbs, and housemade Caesar dressing. Over at Figment’s Inspiration Station inside The Odyssey, the purple icon himself gets a sweet salute with the Figment Fantasy Cake, a colorful dessert made with sponge cake, strawberry whipped cream, white chocolate ganache, orange icing, and white chocolate Figment wings that look almost too cute to eat. Almost.

Other standouts include Deco Delights serving up the Sparkling Spectacle Gâteau with vanilla bean mousse, caramel center, apricot jam, and hazelnut cookie, plus an espresso martini option for those who prefer their art liquid. Pop Eats is leveling up comfort food with a Croque Monsieur-inspired grilled cheese paired with tomato soup and a sparkling wine topped with fruit juice pearls. Fictional Victuals adds a storybook-style dessert with a tea-themed treat featuring Earl Grey chocolate pot de crème, lemon madeleine, and rose and raspberry jam. And yes, the popcorn bucket buzz is real, with a Figment artist bucket filled with rainbow popcorn inspired by Journey Into Imagination, which already has fans plotting their snack strategy.

Between the food, art, merch, and Figment everything, EPCOT is shaping up to be the place to savor creativity this winter at the Walt Disney World Resort. This is just a preview, with a full menu reveal still expected, but if this is the opening sketch, the final masterpiece is going to be delicious.
