Sangria University Graduates to Toledo at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
It’s time to raise your glass, Sangria University is leveling up! Beginning December 13, 2025, this popular hands-on mixology experience will move from its original home at Three Bridges Bar & Grill to the rooftop restaurant Toledo Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

This fan-favorite class blends storytelling, flavor, and a little Disney flair as guests learn the secrets behind one of Spain’s most iconic beverages. The two-hour experience includes guided tastings of four signature sangrias from Three Bridges, paired with light appetizers that showcase the bright, fresh flavors of Spanish cuisine.
After sampling, guests get the chance to craft their own custom sangria, experimenting with fresh fruit, wine, and spirits — the perfect finishing touch to a flavorful afternoon.
What to Know Before You Go:
- Classes are available on Saturdays and Sundays for guests 21 and older
- Each session lasts about two hours
- Reservations can be made through My Disney Experience
- Most 2025 sessions are already sold out, so act fast!

The move to Toledo brings Sangria University to an elegant new setting — one that perfectly complements the event’s Spanish roots. Perched high atop the Gran Destino Tower, Toledo is known for its striking art deco-inspired design, sweeping resort views, and a robust wine list featuring over 50 Spanish varietals.
