The new series follows a tween vampire girl named Vampirina, or “Vee,” as she embarks on a new chapter in her life. Leaving the familiar world of Transylvania, she enrolls in a performing arts boarding school to pursue her passion for music. The series chronicles her journey of living amongst humans for the first time while desperately trying to keep her vampire identity a secret—a challenge made even more difficult by her overprotective father, who sends an overzealous ghost to live with her at the school.

This live-action portrayal brings to life the beloved character from the popular book series and the record-breaking Disney Jr. animated series, offering a fresh, new perspective for both new and existing fans.

The series features a talented main cast, including Kenzi Richardson as the lead, Vee. She is joined by Jiwon Lee as her kind roommate Sophie, Shaun Dixon as the intriguing Elijah, Milo Maharlika as the 600-year-old ghost Demi, and Faith Hedley as the super-talented Britney. The show also includes a recurring cast of familiar faces, with Kate Reinders and Jeff Meacham as Vee’s loving vampire parents, and Kim Coles as Dean Merriweather.
