Be Our Guest Unveils New Menu Offerings at Magic Kingdom Starting July 16

Tale as old as time… tastes as fresh as ever! Starting July 16, Walt Disney World is pulling back the enchanted curtain on an updated lineup of delicious dishes at Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom—and we must say, it’s a feast worthy of a royal ball.

Whether you’re a Gaston-level carnivore or more of a Belle-style plant-based foodie, this new menu has a little something for everyone. So grab your napkin (and maybe Lumière for dramatic flair), and let’s take a bite out of what’s cooking!

Here’s what’s being served up in the Beast’s enchanted castle:

• French Onion Soup au Gratin – A rich, soul-warming beef broth infused with sherry wine and topped with melted Swiss cheese. It’s as classic as Belle’s ballgown.
• Mixed Greens Salad (Plant-based) – Light, refreshing, and delightfully simple with tomato, cucumber, and a zesty dijon vinaigrette.
• Endive and Walnut Salad – For those who like a little bite in their greens, this one comes with Roquefort, green apple, radicchio, and a bubbly champagne vinaigrette.
• Steak Frites – Bonjour, meat lovers! A slow-roasted butcher’s steak served alongside house-cut French fries and finished with a luscious red wine sauce. Gaston would absolutely approve.
• Pan-Roasted Arctic Char – This under-the-sea stunner is paired with roasted potatoes, charred tomatoes, shaved fennel, and a bright citrus-caper brown butter.
• Poulet Rouge Chicken – A tender roasted chicken dish that brings the flavor with stewed pepper pipérade and a sweet corn velouté. It’s like summer in every bite!
• Crème Brûlée Tart – A twist on the classic, this one features an orange custard base, passion fruit meringue, and chantilly cream for a citrusy-sweet ending.
• Blooming Rose – It’s back and as beautiful as ever: a chocolate cake topped with The Grey Stuff. (It’s delicious. Don’t believe us? Ask the dishes!)
