Disneyland’s New 70th Anniversary MagicBand+ Released
A brand-new MagicBand+ design, perfectly coinciding with Disneyland Resort’s momentous 70th Anniversary Celebration, has officially made its debut! Guests visiting the Happiest Place on Earth can now acquire this special edition wearable, which seamlessly matches the vibrant and celebratory merchandise collection released for this landmark occasion. This interactive band allows guests to enhance their park experience by unlocking unique surprises and synchronized light-up effects during select nighttime spectaculars and attractions, serving as a dynamic souvenir to commemorate seven decades of magic.

The new 70th anniversary MagicBand+ comes packaged in a standard black box, featuring the familiar silver MagicBand+ logo without any special decorative flair. The band itself is a vibrant tribute to the celebration’s official colors: pink, purple, blue, and gold. These hues create a stunning ombre effect, transitioning from a light blue around the central puck, bleeding into purple, and finally fading to pink at the ends of the band. The puck, also blue, prominently displays the event’s “70” castle logo.
Both sides of the band showcase a charming pattern of Mickey and his friends dressed in their special 70th-anniversary outfits. Each character is framed within alternating blue or gold diamond shapes running vertically along the band. The first side begins with Mickey in the top diamond, followed by Donald, Minnie, and Goofy.
The opposite side of the band features a nearly identical design, though the character order is slightly different. This end starts with Minnie in the top diamond, followed by Goofy, and then Mickey. Tiny multicolored stars fill the space between the diamonds, adding to the celebratory design.
