A Magical New Year’s Eve Addition
From December 30 through January 2, guests can use the apps to access a unique Disney PhotoPass Lens designed to capture the joy and excitement of the new year. These lenses offer a fun and festive way to commemorate the holiday, featuring enchanting effects like sparkling fireworks and glittering accents that transform your selfies and group shots into unforgettable keepsakes.
Who Can Access Disney PhotoPass Lenses?
Disney PhotoPass Lenses are accessible to:
- Guests with a Lightning Lane Multi Pass: Guests can access many Lenses during their visit and for up to 45 days after using their Lightning Lane Multi Pass purchase.
- Annual Passholders: Passholders enjoy access to Lenses starting on the later of March 20, 2023, or their first Annual Pass use. Access lasts until the pass expires or is canceled.
How to Use Disney PhotoPass Lenses
Getting started with Disney PhotoPass Lenses is easy:
- Enable camera and location access: Make sure the My Disney Experience app has permission to use your device’s camera and location.
- Navigate to “PhotoPass Lenses”: Open the app menu (≡) and select “PhotoPass Lenses.”
Guests can enjoy select Lenses anywhere at Walt Disney World Resort, including in Disney Resort hotel rooms, aboard the Disney Skyliner, and even at Disney Springs. Some Lenses are also available for use at home, letting you bring the magic of Disney wherever you go.
