Holiday-Themed “Sip, Savor & Stroll” Returns to Disney Springs this November!

Get ready for an unforgettable holiday experience as the popular “Sip, Savor & Stroll” returns to Disney Springs for a special holiday edition on Thursday, November 7. This unique event invites guests to embark on a festive journey through three of Disney Springs’ top dining destinations—Enzo’s Hideaway, Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, and The Edison—enjoying curated holiday-themed food and drink pairings at each stop.

Step into the speakeasy-style atmosphere at Enzo’s Hideaway, where you’ll start your journey with a Thanksgiving-inspired pairing:

  • Sip: Spiced Apple Sangria – a blend of white wine, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, allspice dram, ginger liqueur, apple butter, white cranberry, lemon juice, and fresh apples.
  • Savor: Pumpkin Arancini – paired with pumpkin seed pesto and pecorino romano (optional black truffle upgrade available).

Second Stop: Miracle at Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante

Next, head to Maria & Enzo’s for a winter-themed Sicilian pairing, featuring a decadent pasta dish crafted by executive chef Ben Dodaro:

  • Sip: Espresso Martini Coquito – vodka, espresso, Brancamenta, coffee liqueur, rum, cream of coconut, and nutmeg.
