New Walt Disney World 55th Anniversary Merchandise Revealed
Walt Disney World is gearing up to celebrate its 55th anniversary in October, and we just got our first official look at the logo and upcoming merchandise collection! Designed with a heavy dose of vintage nostalgia, the initial lineup features retro graphics, iconic park landmarks, and a fresh milestone logo.

The 55th Anniversary Logo: “55 Magical Years”
At the heart of the new collection is the commemorative 55th anniversary logo. The graphic features a bold pink “55” positioned directly above a blue globe, clever styling that merges the 5’s and the globe into a classic Mickey Mouse silhouette. Anchoring the emblem is a dark blue banner underneath printed with the phrase “Magical Years.”

First Look at the Apparel & Accessories
The initial merchandise preview highlights three core items:
- Light Blue Vintage T-Shirt: This tee stars a vintage-costumed Mickey Mouse marching proudly in front of Cinderella Castle while tipping his hat and holding a cane. The official 55th anniversary emblem sits right beside the castle.
- Blue Park Icons Hoodie: Printed in a lighter blue shade, the logo anchors a design featuring Mickey surrounded by the central icons of all four theme parks: Cinderella Castle, EPCOT’s Spaceship Earth, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Gold embroidery highlights a Florida pennant and “Walt Disney World” above Mickey, while the famous quote “All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them” is written across the bottom in crisp white script.
- Blue Ear Headband: Covered in an allover print of park landmarks, characters, and the 55th logo. Sharp-eyed fans will spot fan favorites like Figment and the classic Sorcerer Mickey hat nestled into the print. A dark blue bow with white polka dots completes the center.
What to Expect for the Celebration
While major milestones like the 50th Anniversary brought multi-year resort-wide spectacles, the 55th is anticipated to be a smaller, low-key milestone celebration focusing primarily on limited-edition merchandise and select commemorative offerings.
