Disney’s DVC Polynesian Island Tower Construction Update for July 2024

Exciting progress is being made on the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Polynesian Island Tower, with much of the exterior paint and details already applied. The majority of the sliding glass doors on the room balconies have been installed, along with most of the balcony railings. Construction is progressing well, with the tower set to open on December 17, 2024.

Key Tower Highlights

• Panoramic Views: The 10-story tower offers stunning views of the Seven Seas Lagoon and easy access to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT via the Disney Monorail.
• Design and Art: Features a striking Manta Ray design and ceiling art panels inspired by Polynesian wildlife, along with unique artworks created in collaboration with global artists.
• Accommodations: Includes duo studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, new two-bedroom penthouse villas, and deluxe studios, accommodating groups of two to nine guests.
