Universal Orlando has just released an update on the impact of Hurricane Ian on the resort. despite some minor flooding, they were able to reopen today!
Here are the details:
Halloween Horror Nights will reopen this evening for guests with existing tickets. Volcano Bay is now open to all guests.
Starting tomorrow Universal Orlando will reopen to all guests.
During a phased reopening today, Universal Orlando opened to guests staying at one of the Universal Orlando Resorts.

As of right now the Jurrasic Park River Adventure water ride which sustained damage from Hurricane Ian is still closed.
