Disney's 'Haunted Mansion' Theatrical Release Delayed

Disney has shuffled several titles set for theatrical release in the coming years, and one of the titles in the mix is Disney’s ‘Haunted Mansion’ live-action reboot. Previously, the movie was scheduled for release on March 10, 2023. Now, Disney has shared “Haunted Mansion” will premiere in theaters on August 11, 2023.

A synopsis of the upcoming film reads, “A single mom named Gabbie hires a tour guide, a psychic, a priest, and a historian to help exorcise their newly bought mansion in New Orleans, LA; after discovering it is inhabited by ghosts.“

Disney’s “Haunted Mansion” stars Rosario Dawson (Gabbie), Chase Dillon, Owen Wilson (Kent), Danny DeVito, Jamie Lee Curtis (Madame Leota), Tiffany Haddish (Harriet), Dan Levy, LaKeith Stanfield (Ben Matthias), Jared Leto (The Hat-Box Ghost), Winona Ryder, and more.
