The Edison’s New Porthole Cocktails
The Edison introduces their new Porthole Cocktails. The Porthole is a flavorful infusion tool designed to bring out notes of fruits and spices allowing for an enhanced cocktail experience. It allows mixologists to experiment with different infusions, styles, and flavors.
Apples, pears, blueberries, lemons, and even cinnamon sticks are just some of the ingredients that mixologists use to add flavor and embellish cocktails. Guests will be treated to many styles of infusions as the flavor options are rotated.
