This morning at the Magic Kingdom nearly 2000 Disney Cast Members & Friends participated in Sunrise Yoga in Walt Disney World.

As the sun rose over Magic Kingdom this morning, nearly 2,000 Cast Members practiced yoga in front of Cinderella Castle to celebrate International Yoga Day. It was a calming and beautiful morning as our Cast continue on their #DisneyBeWell journeys while enjoying a moment of mindfulness and Zen.

This yearly tradition is how many celebrate the first day of summer.
As you can see, yogis can be viewed all the way down Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom.
