Amber Heard is responding to a report that she has been dropped from Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
Earlier today, Just Jared published a story claiming sources told the outlet that Heard is “being cut out of” the already-shot sequel, which is set to hit theaters in March 2023. A spokesperson for Amber Heard quickly rejected this claim as false.
“The rumor mill continues as it has from day one — inaccurate, insensitive, and slightly insane,” Heard’s representative told Fox News Digital.

Heard previously played the key role of Mera in the first “Aquaman,” as well as appearing in “Justice League” and the reconfigured “Zack Snyder’s Justice League.”
A rep for Warner Bros., the film’s studio, didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
The story comes two weeks after the verdict was read in the defamation trial between Heard and ex-husband Johnny Depp.
Depp was awarded $10.35 million in damages after a jury declared Heard defamed Depp on all counts following a nearly seven-week trial in Virginia
