“It was funny because everyone’s like, ‘Will there be a sequel? Will there be a show?’ and I said, ‘I want a ride before I want any of that,’” Miranda shared with Insider. “The Imagineers are on it. I don’t know what they do or where they live, but I know they’re on it.”

Though we don’t know where the reported ‘Encanto‘ attraction will be located, many speculate the recently announced retheming of Tarzan’s Treehouse in Disneyland will be based on Encanto, but Disney has yet to confirm the new theme at the time of writing.

  1. As much as I do not want to see Splash Mountain rethemed, if it has to happen, I would much rather see it rethemed to Encanto than the Princess and the Frog. Each different section of the ride could be a different room in the Casita and the drop could be Bruno’s room with the falling sand.
