One of my favorite desserts is gelato, and Vivoli Il Gelato has a fantastic Valentine snack just in time to celebrate.

The Valentine’s Day Float is made with vanilla gelato, Fanta Strawberry soda, and topped with whipped cream. The colors produce a beautiful red and white contrast, while the flavors remind me of Strawberries and Cream hard candies. It’s a sweet and romantic way to refresh yourself, whether you’re shopping or headed down to Disney Springs expressly for snacking purposes!

Other Valentine treats you won’t want to miss in Disney Springs include Gideon’s Eternal Flame Cookie, which contains ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon spice mix, the essence of cherry, and is then topped with chocolate-covered cherries. Or if you really want ice cream but a float won’t cut it, try Marketplace Snacks where they are serving a Chocolate and Strawberry Swirl Dole Whip.

A simple float usually costs around $11 at Vivoli Il Gelato. The Valentine’s Float won’t be around long though, so get it on your soonest visit to Disney Springs!
