Last night guests staying at Bay Lake Tower were treated to Disney playing the music to Wishes and Happily Ever After for what we think was a Cast Member preview event in the Magic Kingdom.

We are not sure if the music was played at all of the Monorail resorts last night. The gossip is that the shows might be making their return for a special Cast Member appreciation event this week.
It was announced last year that Happily Ever After would be retired for good as Disney’s Enchantment replaced this fan-favorite show in the Magic Kingdom.

Disney Enchantment has been received mixed reviews since its release on October 1st, 2021. We happened to be on hand for the first-ever showing of Disney Enchantment in the Magic Kingdom:
As not to get your hopes up we believe this was just something special for Cast Members and not signaling the return of either show, even though I personally would love to see the return of Happily Ever After!
