Disney World 50th Anniversary Cup at Typhoon Lagoon. We got out to the grand reopening of Typhoon Lagoon today. After being closed for over 2 years, we got a chance to ride the 6-foot waves and float down the lazy river. We tried Loaded Nachos with Walts Chili and got the newest refillable 50th-anniversary mug.
The new 50th Anniversary Cup at Typhoon Lagoon features Donal and Mickey in the new animation style sitting under the 50th logo. Behind Mickey, is Blizzard Beach and behind Donald is Typhoon Lagoon. The new mug features a plastic reusable straw that fits in the holes at the top and features a second hole to store the drinking end when not in use.

Brave the Wave

Check the chalkboard near the edge of the beach for the day’s wave schedule. Inner tubes are not permitted.
Please keep a watchful eye on children and those who are not strong swimmers.
