The Disneyland Resort has brought back around 80% of its workforce and plans to be fully staffed by the end of the year. The resort also has a job fair planned for next month.
15,000 cast members have been added to Disneyland’s staff since the parks reopened earlier this year. There are currently 25,000 cast members working at the resort. Disneyland officials plan to hire hundreds more each week. The job fair will help with the hiring process.

The job fair will take place November 9 and 10 from 9 am to 3 pm at the Disneyland Hotel exhibit hall. Full-time and part-time positions in the food and beverage, hotel, facilities and custodial divisions will be offered.

Pre-pandemic, the Disneyland Resort employed 32,000 cast members. As the resort continues its phased reopening, more jobs are starting to return. During the Walt Disney Company’s recent quarterly earnings call, Disney CFO Christine McCarthy said the parks should be fully staffed by the end of the year.
“We’re expecting to have our parks domestically be fully staffed up by the end of this calendar year,” Disney CFO Christine McCarthy said on the call. “We’re going to be increasing capacities as we have the demand.”
We are so happy more cast members will be returning to work and hope to see more offerings return to the Disneyland Resort!
