Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is a great place to stay at Walt Disney World. Bonnet Creek is located on Walt Disney World Property and is considered an Official Walt DIsney World Hotel. It includes all the amenities that a Disney Resort has, including Early Morning Magic Hours, and advance dining reservations.
We stayed at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek this past weekend as part of the brand new dining experience called Epicurious. Epicurious is a Progressive Dining experience, that is a 4 hour guided event that takes you through all the major restaurants in Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and it’s sister hotel the Waldorf Orlando. Including the new Food Truck they just opened, along with Bull and Bear and la Luce. For more about Epicurious, you can read our review. With the amount of libations being served during the event, it was just a safer call to stay and not drive.
Epicurious is a New Culinary Experience Coming to Bonnet Creek
Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek itself is well appointed , and has all the amenities one comes to expect from a Hilton Hotel. Directly connected to the Waldorf Orlando and shares a connected convention center. This makes it easy to walk between the 2. A Disney Store is located in the lobby, and a concierge will help you with any Disney World plans you may have or need to make.
The Lazy River pool is a stand out, and the pool deck has a bar and eatery. Well stocked pool store with towels and all the fun toys and floats you could want. Zero entry point, tubes and a relaxing time. We got to spend the morning just floating around.
The rooms are awesome! The main reason I say this, is because of the view! When HarmonioUS starts at Epcot, you will have a birds eye view of the whole show if you request that view when checking into the hotel. We had a view of all of Hollywood Studios, and in the distance was Animal Kingdom and Wide World of Sports. We could see for miles and the view is simply stunning. The bed is comfortable and soft, but not too soft. Shower was powerful and the soaps and shampoo’s did not have a heavy perfume to them.
So it comes down to why stay here? Why do we recommend staying at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek over a Disney Resort? Price and Food. Since you are staying at an actual Walt Disney World Hotel, and are located so close to Disney Springs, and next to two major parks you are centrally located. Pricing is a major factor in our staying here. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is priced right around a Value resort, and cheaper then a moderate resort. With better restaurants and food choices. They have almost 16 different food options, 3 of them being some of the top rated restaurants in the Orlando Area. 2 of them are on the level of Victoria and Alberts. At the same time Signia does not feel stuffy and overly luxurious where you don’t want to touch anything for fear of breaking it. So, yes you can let your kiddo’s run around and have fun.
