Yesterday, we shared the news on how an Orange Bird mural is coming to the Magic Kingdom. The little citrus mascot is quite popular among Disney fans. The Orange Bird is an original Disney World character and has been gaining fans since the Magic Kingdom opened in 1971. Well, we also discovered another change to the Adventureland location. The Sunshine Tree Terrace also received an updated sign above the quick service window.
The mural can be found to the left of Sunshine Tree Terrace. It shows the Orange Bird holding what we have to assume is a Citrus Swirl, surrounded by orange blossoms. With the sun shining above him and love on his mind, this painting is a true celebration of Florida’s citrusy roots.
