Actress Cloris Leachman Passes Away at Age 94. Oscar and Emmy Winning Actress Cloris Leachman passed away from natural causes at her home in Encinitas, California on Tuesday Jan 26th. Disney Fans would know her best for her roles in Herbie Goes Bananas, Sky High, The Muppet Show, Castle in the Sky (English Dub), Phineas and Ferb, Girl Meets World, and Elena of Avalor.
“It’s been my privilege to work with Cloris Leachman, one of the most fearless actresses of our time,” shares Leachman’s longtime manager Juliet Green. “There was no one like Cloris. With a single look she had the ability to break your heart or make you laugh ’till the tears ran down your face. You never knew what Cloris was going to say or do and that unpredictable quality was part of her unparalleled magic.”
