‘She-Hulk‘ Series May Reintroduce Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Daredevil, and More! After teases from Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige that we may get to see the return of several cancelled series characters in future MCU projects scooper Daniel Richtman shares that Krysten Ritter may return for new Marvel Studios series She-Hulk as Jessica Jones.
Though Marvel Studios has not formally announced the addition of the Netflix Marvel Series characters to future projects there has been pressure from fans to reintroduce characters such as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Luke Cage and Jessica Jones and bring them into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Instead of introducing the characters in an upcoming film it would make more sense to have Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk) interacting with these characters and be a tie between The Defenders and The Avengers. Jennifer’s job as a lawyer would easily allow her to meet Matt Murdock during a case and her transformation is said to be a direct tie in to her cousin, Bruce Banner/The Hulk. The character interactions practically write themselves at that point.
After Netflix and Marvel Entertainment called it quits on series such as Iron Fist, The Punisher, Jessica Jones, Daredevil, Luke Cage, and The Defenders Marvel Studios was forced to wait a minimum of 2 years before creating new content with the characters from the series. Now in 2021, that timer has ended and the studio is free to create new content with the fan favorite characters.
What do you think? Will we get to see Krysten Ritter, Charlie Cox, and Mike Colter return to Marvel? Would you like to see them return for She-Hulk? We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Be sure to check back here at Chip and Co. for updates and all things Marvel!
