The spookiest day of the year is just around the corner and although it may look a little different this year, guests at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground can still look forward to many safe and spooktacular activities on Halloween!
Guests will be able to participate in the golf cart and campsite decorating contests as well as a pet costume and pumpkin carving contest, with a few modifications to make sure that everyone is safe! There will even be a new pumpkin scavenger hunt and the chance to decorate your own mini pumpkin.
Of course, make sure to read Disney’s costume guidelines while putting together your spookiest attire and remember to bring a (required) face covering. And always remember to social distance from other travel parties.
Sadly, trick-or-treating will not be going on this year at the campground, but you’ll be able to have plenty of fun with those in your travel party while participating in the activities above! (Pssst…we also heard that there’s a new app for virtual trick-or-treating so you don’t have to miss out on any of your favorite candy!)
Guests should visit the Bike Barn in the Meadows Recreation Area once they arrive to learn more about the Halloween activities at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground! For more information about the resort, click here!
