Universal extends Annual Passes for those with the 3 park pass
Universal recently announced that they would for the first time be closing Volcano Bay for the winter. The waterpark will close on November 2, 2020, until at least March 1, 2021. Those with 3-Park annual passes were sent emails on what Universal would do.
According to the email, “effective November 2, 2020, your Pass expiration date will be extended by two (2) months. At the end of your extended term, we will send a renewal notice. No further action is required from you at this time.” 3-Park annual passes will automatically be extended the two months the parks are closed.
Passholders can also choose to drop down to a 2-Park pass but there doesn’t seem to be any kind of extension. The better option would be to keep the 3-Park since you can still visit the other two theme parks and get two extra months.
If Universal Orlando passholders have any questions about their new expiration date they can call the number provided which is 1-866-Pass-4-FUN. They can also view their updated expiration date in the App under “wallet”. We will continue to keep everyone updated as news is released from Universal Orlando.
