'Jurassic Park' Trilogy Will Be Leaving Netflix in September After Only 2 Months of Streaming

‘Jurassic Park’ Trilogy Will Be Leaving Netflix in September After Only 2 Months of Streaming. All three films from the original Jurassic Park trilogy began streaming via Netflix on August 1st, but in a recent newsletter from the streaming service sharing what is “coming and going” from Netflix in September, it was shared that the entire trilogy will be exiting Netflix on September 30th.

It is currently unknown why the trilogy was only given a two month window for streaming, and even more perplexing is that neither Netflix or Universal have shared where the films will be moving after they leave Netflix at the end of September.

Currently, Universal is filming Jurassic World: Dominion, the final film in the second trilogy from the Jurassic Park Franchise. Dominion will see the return of the original cast members Sam Neill (Dr. Alan Grant), Laura Dern (Dr. Ellie Sattler) and Jeff Goldblum (Ian Malcolm). The three iconic characters will be an integral part of the story and star alongside Chris Pratt (Owen Grady), Bryce Dallas Howard (Claire Dearing), and Isabella Sermon (Maisie Lockwood). Jurassic World: Dominion is expected to hit theaters on June 11, 2021, pending any production delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
