Well the tiki gods are on your side now because we have the drink recipes so you can make them at home!
UH OA!
Ingredients:
- .50 oz of lime juice
- 1 oz of cinnamon syrup (4 pumps)
- 2 oz of grapefruit juice
- 4 oz of gorilla grog
- 2 oz of Bacardi rum
- 2 oz of Myers’s Original Dark rum
- Maraschino cherries
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients with ice in a tiki bowl or glass
- Garnish with some maraschino cherries
- If you have the Uh Oa! bowl put some cinnamon in the designated spots around the bowl
- Put half of a lime on top of the ice, making sure there’s enough ice so it doesn’t sink
- Add a stack of 5 sugar cubes on top
- Soak the sugar cubes in Bacardi 151 rum
- Light the ice cubes on fire with a match or lighter
HIPPOPOTOMAI-TAI
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of lime juice
- .50 oz of agave nectar (2 pumps)
- .50 oz of orgeat syrup (2 pumps)
- .50 oz of Orange Curacao
- 1 oz of Coruba Dark rum
- 1 oz of Bacardi rum
Directions:
- In a shaker combine all the ingredients and mix well
- Serve in a glass over ice
SHRUNKEN ZOMBIE HEAD
Ingredients:
Zombie Batch (Makes enough for 3 drinks)
- 6 oz of orange juice (no pulp)
- 6 oz of sour mix
- 4 oz of orgeat syrup
Drink ingredients
- 3 oz of zombie batch
- .75 oz of Bacardi 8 rum
- .75 oz of Appleton rum
- .50 oz of Gosling 151 rum
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients in a shaker and mix well
- Serve into a glass over ice
TANGAROA COOLER
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of Gin
- 1 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
- .50 oz of fresh lemon juice
- .50 oz of B.G Reynolds Orgeat
- .50 oz of B.G Reynolds Falernum
- .25 oz of Monin Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
- Build in a mixing glass or shaker
- Add ice and shake until chilled
- Roll into a hurricane glass and garnish with fresh mint
SCHWEITZER FALLS
Ingredients:
- 4 oz of Sam’s “Gorilla Grog”
- 4 oz of Sprite
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
- Mint sprig for garnish
Directions:
- Build in a Collins glass over ice, roll into mixing tin and back into glass
- Garnish with cherry, pineapple and mint
TIKI TIKI TIKI TIKI TIKI RUM
Ingredients:
- .50 oz of orange juice
- 2 oz of pineapple juice
- 1 oz of Coco Real cream of coconut
- 1.5 oz of Pyrat XO Rum
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and shake well
- Serve with ice
SHIPWRECK ON THE ROCKS
Ingredients:
- 4 lemon wedges
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
- 1/2 oz of Agave syrup
Directions:
- Add the lemon, mint and bourbon at the bottom of a Boston shaker
- Add ice and shake until cold
- Strain the mix into a rum barrel mug filled with crushes ice
- Garnish with mint sprig
KRAKATOA PUNCH
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of dark rum
- 1 oz of spiced rum
- 3 oz of Gorilla Grog
- .50 oz of almond syrup
- .25 oz of grenadine
Directions:
- In a shaker combine all ingredients and shake well
- Pour over ice and serve
PAGO PAGO COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
- 3 oz of Myers’s Original Dark rum
- 1 tsp of White Creme de Cacao
- 1 tsp of Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 oz of lime juice
- 1 oz of pineapple juice
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and shake well
- Pour over ice into a glass and serve
MOSQUITO MOJITO
Ingredients:
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz of lime juice
- .50 oz of falernum syrup (2 pumps)
- .50 oz of agave nectar (2 pumps)
- 2 oz of Bacardi Dragon Berry rum
- Soda water
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients except the soda water in a shaker and mix well
- Pour the mixture in a glass with ice
- Top with some soda water
PIRANHA POOL
Ingredients:
- 8 oz of Piña Colada mix
- 3 oz of coconut rum
- 1 oz of blue caraco
- 2 oz of strawberry pureé
Directions:
- Mix the piña colada, rum and blue caraco in a shaker
- Pour strawberry pureé at the bottom of a hurricane glass
- Pour the blended mixture and enjoy!
ZAMBEZI SOUR
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of white grapefruit juice
- .50 oz of fresh lime juice
- .50 oz of falernum syrup (2 pumps)
- .25 oz of Turbinado simple syrup (1 pump)
- 2 oz of bourbon
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake well
- Pour into a glass with ice
- Serve
NAVY GROG
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of white rum
- 1 oz of demerara rum
- 1 oz of dark rum
- 3/4 oz of lime juice
- 3/4 oz of white grapefruit juice
- 1 oz of honey mix
- Club soda
- Orange slices
- Cherries
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients except club soda in a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake well
- Strain into a collins glass filled with ice
- Pour club soda on top
- Garnish with an orange slice and cherry skewer
GORILLA GROG
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of passion fruit juice
- 1 oz of orange juice (no pulp)
- 1 oz of guava juice or 3 oz of POG juice)
- 1 oz of pineapple juice
- 2 oz of lemon juice
- .25 oz of Orgeat
- .25 oz of Falernum
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and mix well
- Pour over ice into a glass
- Enjoy!
MELE KALIKI MOCHA
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of Kahlua
- 1 oz of Coco Real
- 1 oz of Trader Tiki Orgeat
- 4 oz of fresh coffee
- Whipped cream and rosemary sprig for garnish
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients except the whipped cream and rosemary to a Boston shaker
- Fill half the shaker with ice
- Shake really well for 10 seconds
- Fill a bamboo glass with ice and then pour the liquid into it
- Garnish with whipped cream and rosemary sprig
