Hugh Jackman and Wife Deborra Ordered Pizza For Local NYPD Precinct. We love seeing our heroes in uniform getting recognized for all the hard work they do, but sometimes it is a special treat to see celebrities take notice too. Actor, Singer, and award winning performer Hugh Jackman, along with his lovely wife Deborra, sent a special surprise to the NYPD 10th Precinct, every New Yorkers favorite food group, PIZZA!

Jackman sent the pizzas over with a note reading, “Thank you to the heroes of 010 Chelsea NYPD. From, The Jackman’s” along with signatures from both Hugh and his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness. The 10th Precinct shared the letter along with a picture of three officers standing 6 ft(ish) apart and absolutely beaming while holding a few of the delivered pizza’s.

“A big Thank You to Hugh Jackman @RealHughJackman for delivering pizza to the 10 Precinct! We appreciate the support!” Their faces say it all. Just look at the excitement! I think it’s fair to say these officers are very grateful for the kind gesture during a difficult time.
