Grand Floridian to Magic Kingdom Walkway Construction Update

Progress is moving along for the walkway that will connect the Grand Floridian to the Magic Kingdom.

You can see the dirt is laid out and will be awaiting paving soon.

The retractable bridge is now installed which will move out of the way when Disney brings out boats and the floats for the Electrical Water Pageant.

Our birdseye view shows that still more work needs to be done. We do not have an end date for this new walkway but stay tuned to Chip and Co for more details.
