Youtuber MattSonswa is under investigation for sneaking into Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando after hours and posting the videos online.
Earlier this week we shared videos of MattSonswa walking backstage at Expedition Everest and Stitch’s Great Escape when the parks were closed.
Although he never shows his face on his YouTube account, MattSonswa has publicly acknowledged that he has snuck into the theme parks, even detailed how he got banned from Disney World twice in a previous video.
Sneaking into restricted park areas is a matter of safety according to Disney.
“In any case where we find someone being intentionally reckless and promoting unsafe acts, we will bring law enforcement to trespass them so they will no longer be allowed to come back to Walt Disney World,” a Disney spokesperson said in an email to Spectrum News 13.
It is reported that his youtube videos are no longer monetized and his Patreon account has been suspended and is currently under review.
No word on if Disney or Universal will be pursuing criminal charges.
