Disney Cruise Line‘s exclusively-adult restaurant, “Remy,” has the pleasure of having Chef Arnaud Lallement, one of the top 10 chefs in the whole world!
“Remy’s” menu and atmosphere is greatly inspired by the classic Disney movie, “Ratatouille.” From gourmet cuisine to expert wine pairings, Chef Arnaud and his team will have you leaving satisfied.
According to Disney Parks Blog, Chef Arnaud was recently voted one of the world’s best chefs based on the values of the cooking profession and the exceptional cuisine featured in his restaurants. Chef Arnaud sure does have his hands full, though! He is also famous for his Michelin three-star restaurant, “L’Assiette Champenoise,” in France.
With Chef Arnaud’s expertise paired with that of Chef Scott Hunnel’s (from “Victoria & Albert’s” at Walt Disney World), they have created a menu for “Remy” that does not disappoint!
Guests even get to meet with a sommelier to taste and select their wines for the evening, including those from their two wine lists- a special French list and Remy’s Vault (featuring wines from all over the world.) And it doesn’t stop there! Dinner starts with a chilled Taittinger Champagne cocktail made right in front of you. Plus, you won’t need to worry about leaving hungry- you’ll indulge in eight to nine small course throughout your evening!
