There have been a plethora of cupcakes popping up all around the Walt Disney World resort but this one was actually very surprising. The Oktoberfest Cupcake was described to me as a dark beer cupcake with chocolate ganache filling. The cast member at checkout also said the frosting was cinnamon-kissed and it truly was. When I finally tried it I didn’t know what to expect since I’m not a fan of beer in general. The flavors, however, were a perfect blend for my tastebuds.
I wouldn’t have known it was beer-flavored except for the name and what I was told. The chocolate and cinnamon tastes were an unexpected success! Honestly, this was one of the best cupcakes at Disney I have tasted in a long while. The Oktoberfest Cupcake can be found at the Roaring Fork quick service on the property of the Wilderness Lodge. The cost is $5.99 or a snack credit from the dining plan. Are you willing to stop by a resort for a special treat like this? If so, this one is worth the short trip!
