Live-Action Ghost Rider Series For Hulu Has Been Cancelled. Plans to bring a live-action Ghost Rider series to Hulu have fizzled out. Gabriel Luna was set to reprise his roll as hell raiser, Robbie Reyes, who was meant to be the focus for the show.
Deadline reported: “Hulu and the Ghost Rider team had reached a creative impasse which could not be resolved, leading to the streamer’s decision not to move forward with the series.”
Gabriel Luna’s Robbie Reyes made his debut on ABC and Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and helped Daisy Johnson while she was wanted for not registering with the Sokovia Accords.
All previously scheduled Marvel Television shows including Marvel’s Helstrom, Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K., Marvel’s Hit-Monkey, Marvel’s Tigra & Dazzler Show, and Marvel’s Howard the Duck are still on track for release via Hulu.
Are you sad to hear about the Ghost Rider cancellation? What Marvel shows are you excited to see on Hulu? What did you think of Robbie Reyes on ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
