Star Wars Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party serves up a sweet ending to an out-of-this world adventure at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Enjoy savory sides, themed cocktails and specialty desserts while interacting with roaming Storm Troopers. Here is our review of this awesome experience.
Upon our arrival, we checked in at the podium outside of Star Wars Launch Bay. We were then directed inside to a table.
First Order of business was the savory table. On the lighter side, we enjoyed the Mozzarella Cheese with Chimichurri and Sliced Prosciutto. The darker side drew us to the Smoked Sea-Salted Flatbread and Black Bean Dip with Sriracha Sauce. We also recommend a cup of water, or two.
Second order of business was to head over to the beverage station. The Force was strong with the Cosmic Citrus Twist cocktail. Non-alcoholic beverages were also available.
Third, and most important, order of business was the dessert area. Our personal favorites were the Freeze Fried Chocolate Hazelnut Truffle and the variety of Mousse Domes. The centerpiece of the space features the Death Star atop a tower of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes.
In addition to all of the out-of-this-world food, there are Storm Troopers roaming about asking Guests to see their identity card. See our Live Video here:
Our final order of business was an escort to a VIP Fireworks viewing area. The food options and premium fireworks view make the Star Wars Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party extra special. Offered most nights, this experience is well worth the price tag of $79 per adult, and $45 per child.

Just attended the desert party tonight on 7th October 2019 so it’s still running – hope this helps.
The blue milk pana cota desert is amazing!
No offerings of the dessert party after August 24th. Do you know if they doing away with it?
