Holiday Sweets at Disney Springs Will Have You Feeling Festive

Disney Springs is pulling out all the stops this holiday season.  From an extended Christmas Tree Trail to Santa’s Chalet to beautiful decorations throughout the town you’ll definitely want to stop in and see all they have to offer.  But if none of that grabs your attentions, I’m pretty sure the holiday sweets will!  And there is something for everyone throughout Disney Springs.

The chocolatiers at The Ganachery have found their holiday spirit with festive chocolate creations. Assorted ganache squares are a favorite with new seasonal eggnog and peppermint flavors and holiday packaging pretty enough for gifting.

The Ganachery is also offering chocolate-covered stollen bread, gingerbread s’mores, chocolate-covered gingerbread marshmallows and hot sipping chocolate. And the beautiful chocolate holiday trees with several layers of chocolate decorated with crispy pearl ornaments and powdered sugar are sure to make you feel merry!

Over at Amorette’s Patisserie, you’ll find a variety of items such as holiday mini-dome cakes. Try the Santa Mickey, Ornament or Candle holiday cakes.  You can even get a full-sized Santa Mickey cake to add a touch of Disney to you holiday celebrations. And for the Disney Springs shoppers, there are cute high heel- and shopping bag-shaped gingerbread cookies!

And we’ve mentioned it before, but the Peppermint Macaron is a must-have this holiday season.  The chocolate flavored filling is perfect with the peppermint flavored discs!  And while you can mix and match them with other Amorette’s Patisserie macaron flavors, you’ll probably want a whole box of just peppermint – trust me!

And don’t forget to head over to  Goofy’s Candy Company or Disney’s Candy Cauldron for some holiday gourmet apples. These apples are themed after some of your favorite characters, including Mickey, Minnie, Olaf and Sandy Claws! Dipped in chocolate and decorated with sugar, marshmallows and icing.
