Mike Kranavis took over a villa kitchen at Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge to show us how to create a special Humphrey the Bear bento box.
To create Humphrey, dark brown rice and soy sauce-soaked tan rice are used first to create his head. Details of his face are then made from a nori seaweed sheet and white American cheese. Black olives are also added to create a perfect bear nose. Check out the video above for detailed step-by-step instructions.
