As you already know by now, EPCOT’s Universe of Energy will be closing forever on August 13th in order to make way for Disney World’s newest E-ticket Guardians of the Galaxy attraction. The Universe of Energy pavilion has been a main stay at EPCOT since the park opened in 1982. To honor the attraction’s longevity, EPCOT has released limited edition Universe of Energy Closing merchandise. You can pick these items up at MouseGear while supplies last.
The navy blue shirt and Christmas ornament are available exclusively for Annual Passholders. The grey shirt and baseball hat are open for general purchase. Don’t worry if you can’t make it to the parks, these limited release shirts for both Universe of Energy and The Great Movie Ride will be available online here starting August 10th.
