March 2016 Walt Disney World Resort Refurbishment Schedule

In order to make sure things run smoothly on the rides and attractions Disney needs to close for refurbishment from time to rime, here is the list of Walt Disney World refurbishments for March 2016:

Magic Kingdom 

• Monorail – will be under construction until April 2016 (Running on modified schedules)
• Jungle Cruise – March 1-3, 2016
• Big Thunder Mountain – has postponed their refurb for a later date. Fast Passes are available for April now.

Epcot

• Soarin – closed until Summer 2016
• Circle of Life – Feb 7th – April 2nd 2016

Hollywood Studios

• Planet Pizza – closed until late 2016
• Toy Story Mania – March 15th 2016
• Honey I shrunk the Kids movie set adventure – closed permanently
• Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show – closed permanently

• Kali river Rapids – Opening March 17, 2016
• Flights of Wonder – Opening March 17, 2016
• Warung Outpost – Opening March 17, 2016
• Boneyard – Opening March 17, 2016

Typoon Lagoon will be opening on March 19, 2016
