A kindhearted 6-year old little boy named Aiden had a nice moment with his heroes this weekend outside the Magic Kingdom. Aiden and his father have a tradition of handing out special coins to deputies at the Disney parks. These coins are unique as they display Saint Michael, the patron saint of law enforcement.
Aiden’s father explained that usually the officers are very friendly and accommodating but this weekend the deputies asked if they could have a photo with Aiden too.
“Aiden was thrilled,” his father wrote. “We didn’t catch the name of the deputies heading into Magic Kingdom today, but just wanted to say thank you again for keeping us safe and allowing our family to enjoy a great day at Disney while you sacrifice a day away from your own family.”
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded on its Facebook page saying, “On behalf of all law enforcement, we thank Aiden for his act of kindness”.
