100,000 Cast Compliments Given to Cast Members in the My Disney Experience App

Walt Disney World guests love Cast Members! A new feature of the My Disney Experience app has been helping guests quickly and easily share their positive experiences with Cast Members. Since its launch last October, the Cast Compliment feature has been used 100,000 times! Those are a lot of positive interactions!

Cast Members have received a shout-out for everything from creating magical moments to providing recommendations. Whether they make magic at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments or welcome guests to Animal Kingdom Lodge, Cast Members have made it their mission to deliver excellent customer service. The 100,000th compliment was received by a Cast Member at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

If you’d like to use the mobile cast compliment feature, simply search “Cast Compliment” in the My Disney Experience app. The Cast member you compliment will receive a digital certificate and recognition from their leader. Make sure you note the Cast Member’s first name and hometown as it appears on their nametag. Jot it down on your phone during your interaction so you can remember it later. And don’t forget to thank them for their excellent service in person too! That never gets old!
