Something spooky this way comes as a new “World of Color, Villainous” is coming to Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party. This is the new ticketed party coming to Disneyland California Adventure park beginning on the 17th September for 20 selected nights. Promising an unforgettable night of Halloween fun, full of exclusive new experiences and entertainments including a new “World of Color, Villainous’! Check out the first look photos for this nighttime spectacular!
The story begins with the host villain Oogie Boogie from “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas” as he waves the spooky tale about a young girl named Shelley Marie, who is an all-new character created by Disney animator Eric Goldberg.
Shelley is pondering about her Halloween costume for this year and wonders if she could be as strong and unique as some of her favourite Disney Villains. Creating an unforgettable journey for Shelley through devious encounters with The Queen, Ursula, Dr. Facilier, Hades, Jafar, Maleficent and more.
This experience is heightened by the fountains, ghoulish lights, lasers, projections and special effects! “World of Colour Villainous” will show that deep down there’s a little bit of villain in all of us!
Oogie Boogie Bash, which takes the place of Mickey’s Halloween Party, will feature other new experiences – including an interactive “Descendants”-inspired dance party, a stage show with Mickey Mouse, and a mysterious Disney villains walk-through experience.
