Disney recently filed a permit for construction work at the Boneyard playground inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The attraction is located at DinoLand U.S.A. inside the theme park.
The permit shows it’s for general construction work with a contractor that works on playground equipment. Even though the Boneyard playground has been closed since March 2020, this is a sign Disney is making preparations to reopen it. The Orlando theme parks are slowly reopening more features as prior restrictions ease up. But it will be pleasant to see the DinoLand playground get enhancements to help improve playtime for young visitors!

The Boneyard is a fun area for young children. They can roam an open-air space, which looks like a dinosaur dig. Young paleontologists can explore the interactive site and learn more about dinosaurs. We will post updates when we have more information on this playground site!
