Disney’s Hollywood Studios has temporarily paused the nighttime show “The Wonderful World of Animation.” This immersive projection show, which takes place on front of the iconic Chinese Theatre, showcases more than 90 years of Disney and Pixar animation. Celebrating universal themes like magic, adventure, and family, the show features scenes from classics such as “Sleeping Beauty” and “The Incredibles,” as well as modern favorites like “Coco.”

The pause is due to a private event at the park, which includes a live performance by Maroon 5. The concert requires a large stage setup that obstructs the Chinese Theatre’s projectors, essential for the animation show. “The Wonderful World of Animation” is scheduled to resume on June 7 at 10 pm, following the conclusion of this special event.
