Where are all of my meat and potato lovers at? It’s time to head to Disney Springs so you can try the Wine Bar George Steak Frites.
This tasty looking dish was just recently added to the lunch menu and is calling all of our names! The Wine Bar George Steak Frites consists of a skirt steak and fries served with caramelized onion aïoli. The going rate for this tasty platter is currently $16. If steak isn’t quite what you’re looking for there are two other Lunch Plates- Chicken Salad Sandwich served on brioche with roasted tomatoes and house-made chips and the BLT+C which is bacon, lettuce, tomato, and four-cheese sauce served on brioche with a side of house-made chips.
For lighter fare, you’ll find a selection of small plates which include items such as Jicama-Kohlrabi Salad, Grilled Octopus, Housemade Meatballs, and Porchetta-spiced Pork Cheeks.
Perhaps you’d prefer to dine “Family-style”, which offers a Skirt Steak with roasted potatoes, chimichurri, and seasonal vegetables; Grilled Whole Greek Sea Bass with cannellini bean ragout, seasonal vegetables, and lemon; or the Wine-braised Chicken with mushrooms, Yukon potato hash, and seasonal vegetables.
Finish up your lunch with something sweet such as the Olive Oil Cake, Key Lime Pie or The Chocolate Experience – a pairing demonstration of three wines and three chocolates.
