To meet Santa, guests will use a virtual queue system. This system ensures that you have more time to explore and enjoy Disney Springs without having to stand in long lines. Here’s how you can join the virtual queue:

1. My Disney Experience: Access the virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app.
2. Queue Joining Times: You can join the virtual queue at these specific times: 9 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 7 p.m.
3. Enjoy Disney Springs: After joining the queue, you’re free to enjoy the various attractions, shops, and dining experiences at Disney Springs.
4. Visit Santa at Your Assigned Time: You’ll be notified when it’s your turn to visit Santa Claus.
