When will we see Tom Holland return as Spider-Man?
It’s a question that many Marvel fans are asking after watching Spider-Man: No Way Home.
According to Jeff Sneider via The Ankler, Sony has it mind to make a fourth film, but Tom Holland is currently not signed up for another Spider-Man movie quite yet.

“Okay, so Sony may not have the biggest bench in terms of franchises, but it wisely made a deal with Marvel Studios to get its marquee character Spider-Man into the MCU, which helped make the studio’s solo Spidey movies must-sees, even more so. And while plans are in motion for another Spidey trilogy starring Tom Holland, I don’t believe he has actually signed a deal yet, so those plans remain unofficial for now. That said, I’m sure that more Spidey adventures with Holland are a top priority for Rothman & Co., which is also counting on him as the anchor of its budding Uncharted franchise as well.”
Sony and Marvel producers have also made it clear they expect to reunite director Jon Watts with Holland and Zendaya to continue the Spider-Man film series.
Finally, Sony is still working hard to build its own universe of Spidey characters with films like Kraven the Hunter and Madame Web, but Holland’s MCU franchise remains a priority. Even though a new contract needs to be signed, its reassuring hear Sony is interested in making a fourth solo film with Tom Holland.
