Announced during the Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase at D23, an all-new Spider-Man thrill attraction is set to bring high-speed heroics to Shanghai Disneyland. Fans have been eagerly awaiting more details since permits were filed back in April, and now we can finally share what’s in store for you.

As you zip through the twists and turns of this adrenaline-pumping coaster, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported into the heart of a Spider-Man comic, dodging danger and taking on villains at every corner. With cutting-edge technology and Disney’s signature storytelling, this ride is set to be a game-changer, offering an experience that’s as amazing as the hero it’s based on.
Permits for the coaster were filed this past April, noting the attraction will be built right next to Shanghai Disneyland’s Zootopia land, which just opened last December.

But that’s not the only Spidey adventure on the horizon. Over at Hong Kong Disneyland, the excitement continues with an expansion of Stark Expo. Tony Stark has invited his friend, and new Stark Industries intern, Peter Parker, to showcase some of his latest inventions. Unfortunately, this has also caught the attention of one of Spider-Man’s most formidable villains. As guests, you’ll find yourselves right in the middle of the action, helping Spider-Man protect the new tech from falling into the wrong hands.
