Walt Disney’s Plane Uncovered in Preparation for the D23 Expo

Disney fans who will attend this year’s D23 Expo will get to see Walt Disney’s infamous plane used to survey the land that would become Walt Disney World Resort. The news was shared by Disney Project Manager Joseph T. who posted, “I have been working on this top secret project for 2+ years and am THRILLED to finally share that we are bringing Walt Disney’s plane to the 2022 #D23Expo thanks to our amazing partners at @amazon and working closely with @DisneyD23 and @TWDCArchives#waltsplane“

In preparation for the trip to Anaheim, CA for the D23 Expo this Fall, Walt Disney’s plane, lovingly called “Mickey Mouse One,” has been uncovered at Walt Disney World. An aerial shot of the plane was shared by @bioreconstruct via Twitter. Check out the photo below:
