Disney World Announces Closures Ahead of Hurricane Milton
Walt Disney World Resort is taking further steps to prepare for the impact of Hurricane Milton, announcing a phased closure of its theme parks and Disney Springs on Wednesday, October 9th. This comes as the powerful Category 4 hurricane continues its track towards central Florida, bringing with it the threat of damaging winds, heavy rainfall, and possible tornadoes.

- Walt Disney World Transportation: Transportation services will cease operation on Wednesday, October 9th, after the theme parks and Disney Springs close.
